The licensing fee is $1,000. The royalty is $1.00 per book for the first 5,000 copies (minimum $750). Above 5,000 copies, the royalty is $.75 per copy up to 20,000 copies. Above 20,000 copies the royalty is $.50 per book, with a total maximum of $25,000. The book is available in two versions. One version uses the Reproducible Articles. Each topic is on one page. In the other version, most topics are on two pages. There might be additional charges to customize certain pages and headings, and to update some topics with current information (two-page topics only). We can coordinate the printing and cover design. Note: Actual shipping charges apply to custom printed versions.
